There's a lot of gold in these quartz veins too
There are some sections of the mine where it's unbearably hot, yesterday I was soaking wet when drilling overhead from sweat and water from the drill. I'm sure there's uranium there and the heat is from radiation, so I'm getting poisoned from that while also having a nice shower of lead slurry

What causes this much heat tho? Even the rocks are steaming hot and it's not even a deep mine, it's 60 meters below ground and the lower levels are cold
They did close off another section of the mine like this but in our current situation nobody knows anything because everybody is a cunt here

That's more than deep enough to run into a geothermal phenomenon. It's actually very useful-you guys could power your gear off of the heat i you can get a temperature gradient going. Stirling engines.

It's in Serbia and I don't think it's of geothermal origin. We could say it's from poor ventilation but there are section where ventilation is worse and it's not hot at all
