Vaguely remember reading somewhere that sleep quality is best when laying down on flat ground. Naps with head down on table is worse than naps in a bed or on the floor.

I know i seem to dream most on back. Though it's sorta hard for me to fall asleep that way. Which sucks because it's the way that leaves me with the least soreness. Never been able to sleep well sitting up even when very tired.
