What are some of your favorite channels to watch for general knowledge that feel like they have substance and character to them rather than fluffing up their content to get past the 10 minute ad mark?

I just want to have a broader knowledge base beyond my current studies of computer science; something to watch when I'm eating dinner or on the train home
