But for the moment, we just have hypothesis (i.e. the lower concentration of ACE2 receptors). China might be more impacted by the virus, not because of their Asian phenotype, but because they have densely populated mega-cities.
On the side note... I find it very deplorable to be called a racist for asking a legitimate scientific question. Yes, disease are normally more adapted to the genetic and also societal conditions where they initially spread! This has nothing to do with the superiority or inferiority of a race! It is just natural selection. Consequently diseases mostly spread:
1. In Africa, by sexual intercourse.
2. In Asia, by feces and close contact (due to their poor hygiene)
3. In Europe, by the exchange of intellectual abstract concepts.
