I have a question regarding the brain and our hand preference.

So if Language is part of the right hemisphere, would this mean that as a leftie, would developing the right hand improve language learning?

There's no difference in the average IQ of right or left-handed people. However, lefties have more variance, which means they have a lot of retards and geniuses. And because you more likely to interact with the latter most people conclude that left-handed people have a higher IQ.
