-New sources of non-ionizing radiation in your environment
-Increased sensitivity to irradiation on your own part, many causes for this.
-Nerve compression, eg issue with the upper cervical nerves, compression of the vagus nerve.
-Some other metabolic dysfunction preventing you from handling blood sugar spikes. Does it happen after eating?

Short version, a year or two ago (and also before that) I was having the same thing you're describing. I felt disoriented and strange all day, went home, my blood pressure was fluctuating between 150 and as high as 180 / something or other, diastolic was always anomalously low for the force of the beats. Occasionally I had vertical nystagmus when laying down, eating triggered tachycardia. I had a complete failure of the thyroid after working with a bluetooth thing on my finger (spends most of its time near the throat and orbital. This reversed upon cessation of exposure within a week and a half.
This is the shit I've had to deal with. The bulk of it was fixed by improving antioxidant status and removing garbage with things like NAC, garlic, vitamin C, etc. A 7 day water fast didn't seem to help at first, but I think was beneficial down the line. I had cervical spine and jaw issues anyway, and exercises for that seem to have brought it somewhat further towards "fixed".
I would get away from the RF first and foremost. Spine issues checked as well.
