Your example of donating sperm is you saying that this hindrance can be overcome, but that's irrelevant. Most diseases are hindrances to normal functioning that can be compensated for in other ways. For example a cold hinders you from athletic performance etc. but someone with a cold could make themselves so healthy and athletic that they "outdo" most other men even when they do not have a cold.
That does not change that the cold and homosexuality are both hindrances to performing at at-least normal levels and thus are diseases/illnesses/disorders.
according to your proposition zoophilia and paedophilia probably wouldn't be considered mental disorders since one could easily imagine a practicing zoophile or paedophile enjoying themselves and not suffering, this is inadequate.
