Yes, but most blame it on the environment people develop in. To make an actual assessment, we would have to do some pretty unethical stuff. Like, have a variety of children of different skin colors raised in an isolated community.

Not really. It would be a start to just control variables like socioeconomic status etc... You don't have go to the extrem to get a clearer picture.
