What are the long term health risks of nicotine supplement use? I quit smoking 4 years ago using pic related, yet I was never able to quit these. If I stop taking the supplement in a few hours I start wanting to smoke again. I've read you aren't supposed to take these for more than 8 weeks but I've been taking them for over 4 years.
