Is determinism false?

According to science, the universe contains some phenomena that are RANDOM, and unpredictable:
>Radioactive decay is a stochastic (i.e. random) process at the level of single atoms. According to quantum theory, it is impossible to predict when a particular atom will decay, regardless of how long the atom has existed.

I think some other quantum phenomena are believed to be random, right?

So does this mean determinism (the idea that all human actions are just determined by physical causes, and we don't actually have free will) is false?
