parental neglect, a lot of school missed

2nd grade arithmetic skills
excellent english
only did well in biology
high school graduate
passed along without learning thanks to no child left behind

how do i educate myself to be on par with an actual high school graduate? i dont even know how to add, cross multiply or divide. im being 100% serious...sciences aren't that hard to me I just don't know where to begin which specific natural science to study first and which branch to study after the first. someone please help. im willing to put in the effort to educate myself but i dont know what to do.
