Theoretically speaking, if you were to inbreed a pair of related organisms together, then their offspring, to such an extent that they reached 100% homozygosity without experiencing negative effects, would then the new related couple with 100% homozgyosity now have a zero chance for their children to experience negative effects from inbreeding, including all resulting descendants until the end of time?
