Can someone explain this to a friend of mine in a way that she can understand:

My friend is a prepper, she wants to stockpile food.

She believes that when she is pregnant, it would be advantageous to produce breast milk as long as possible so that she can stockpile as much as possible in her prep.

Not because she wants more milk in her prepper pantry, but because she believes this is an economic way to store nutrients/calories.

I told her that that this doesn't make sense. She would be better off just buying extra food and stockpiling it rather than eating extra food to make breast milk out of, as the milk essentially just comes from the food she eats, and since the process isn't 1:1 she just loses out on total nutrients/calories stored. In other words she would be storing less food in her pantry this way.

She tells me that I don't understand, that women produce a LOT of breast milk regardless of diet, and that the breast milk also comes from her body's liquids and fat stores (which also comes what she eats).

I keep trying to explain to her that breast milk 100% comes from what she eats, and that she won't produce more nutrients this way, but she doesn't understand.

How can I frame this in a way that she understands?
