Applying new stimuli to things is literally how you do science.
Y'all folks get the opportunity to collect *REAL TIME DATA* as the climate shifts in a new way, and your response is "noooooooooo keep it how it was".

Note that this is not a thread about politics, but about the extreme conservatism (the name, "conservation", kind of gives it away...) of scientists who come out against this stuff.
Y'all folks do realise that you get to see new things?
Biologists will get to witness new forms of life emerge in response to the changes.
Just really a very sad, revealing moment about how uncommitted y'all folks are to science.
