>>11371382Just hire personal coach/trainer/educator or someone who will watch over you for at least 10 hours a day and will start shouting/screaming if you dont do want you are supposed to (better look for a guy with military experience). Obviously you have to be rich to afford someone like that.
But this is how rich people,royalty etc are raised. Most are just as useless as common folk but when there is someone constantly helping them out and teaching and motivating them then they grow up with exeptional skills, knowledge and experience.
