People don't seem to understand the purpose of the "made for kids category" on Youtube. "Youtube Kids" is for people under the the age of 13. Regular Youtube is for people 13 and up. The video shown in this image clearly is not for kids. Because it's in the wrong category, only kids can press "the watch later" button.
