Yes. Even an atom can change its orbit, by hardly a few micro meters. The more momentum a object has the more likely it is going to displace the moon. To find how, find out the momentum of the moon and take some standard velocity for the object. Also remover that the moon is in a relatively stable orbit.

and it's never going anywhere near the moon.
he biggest comet ever seen has a diameter about 1/9th of Cere's diameter, so top-end it's probably 0.13% of Cere's mass, max.
So short answer, no, not gonna happen unless some massive exrtasolar object comes by at just the right trajectory.
