maybe you should use your philosophy to convince yourself caring about GPA is a waste of time and going to college is about learning.

You'll look more impressive with a 2.5 GPA and a math minor than a 3.0 and psychology minor. Grad schools would rather have the next Bertrand Russell than another dime-a-dozen philosophy major.
