More budget doesn't mean shit when NASA contracts are cost plus. Heck we could cut the NASA funding in half and contract work to SpaceX and achieve MORE work done.

NASA doesn't have a budget problem. SpaceX has shown that developing space vehicles is much cheaper than what NASA has been paying for. NASA has a management issue.

Beyond stupid. SpaceX is doing what NASA tried to do in the 90s but couldn't because Boeing was pure evil and stymied all of their plans along with Lockheed, just to preserve their monopoly. Once Musk is gone SpaceX will fall too.
