I'm amazed that she's still alive. Why haven't we sequenced her genome yet?
Kirk Douglas lived to 103 and the actress who played the lead character's OLDER sister in Gone With the Wind (1939) is still alive at 104.
IMO we should approach famous celebrities like these and ask them for their permission to sequence their genomes either now or after their death. Then we should put all of the data through a machine learning algorithm to spot patterns and maybe it will identify something interesting about the genes coding for metabolism. That insight could then be used to produce anti-aging therapies.
Genome sequencing has gotten cheaper and huge strides have been made in data science and machine learning over the past decade so I don't see why this isn't doable.
