NANITES

Thoughts on nano machines?
Would they be immune to viruses, bacteria, cells?
How would all the bio mass react to metal, something they can't infect and have no way of transferring proteins and dna with?
What if CRISPR AND CAS9 attempted to find the dna strand in a nanobot and it couldn't?

Would 2 androids be able to reproduce in a similar way biomass does, but in a far less naive manner; eliminating redundant functions which have no purpose.

The disadvantage I see is that nanobots can't replicate as fast as cells or even at all.
Nanobots might not be able to be infected, however would nanobots act as a virus and enhancer for bio mass instead enabling the biological side to mutate and grow out of control?

Would nanites be able to enforce the body to follow standards and impose it in a natural way like mind control to stop certain functions like hair growth, overheating, reproduction, certain chemical production for negative emotions? or would the body be a stubborn bitch and fight it like the primitive it is?

Could a thing made out of metals, chemicals, electricity, etc do everything biology can do and do it better in a more organized way?
