I'm grasping at straws but why is everything so saturated? How do you create value in something you believe in when other people are already doing so?
If I have to keep changing it then I can't believe it anymore.

Okay. What if I create a company that compiles combinations of drugs and tells you if they'll cause side effects based on the pathway? How would I make money off such a company? Would big pharma kill me?
