They are sebacious fillaments. The only way to reliably get them smaller is to tan. UV radiation effectively sterilizes the surface, increases blood flow, and will decrease the pore size over time. Get a membership at a tanning salon. It isn't that bad for you. Look at people like Derrida and Trump.

Not sure why it bothers you. Try making a simple solution of water and vinegar, for starters, 1 table spoon of vinegar into 1l of water, wash your face with in the evening, adjust amount of vinegar depending on how your skin reacts, just do it gradually dont pour too much or your skin will burn!! Do it reguarly and blackspot should decrease dramatically.

Try eating high sulfur, cruciferous vegetables like raw cabbage. It'll naturally loosen the the disulfide bonds in the keratinocytes or w/e clogging your pores. That and salicylic acid wash. But the wash is less effective than the diet I've found. Olive oil in your diet seems to make your sebum less viscous as well.

Yea I remove these by hand sometimes when they grow into big blackheads. Sometimes I have to push with a lot of fucking strength and Im near certain that my nose will break and then bam, a big fucking tube of solid shit comes out, bleeds a bit, and then its completely done with. No scars to speak of, maybe I guess the skin looks slightly different but you have to look super close.

Dont be a baby just push that sucker out from the bottom up.

Simplest way, buy a soap labeled "exfoliating" and use it 2 times a day, should be kinda gritty like the consistency of toothpaste mixed with sand.

Wash and rinse about three times in one go. Only needs to be a drop in your thumb and finger.
