It's cold, difficult to generate power, may be subject to flash floods of cryogens, and has non negligible amounts of cyanide in the atmosphere. Mars is ok, but you have to live underground because of the radiation. Artificial magnetospheres are a meme for the foreseeable future so just settle in a lava tube. Venus' atmosphere seems attractive and even solves the radiation and gravity problem, but it's very difficult to attain hydrogen. Europa is a complete and total meme. The travel time is long and it's bathed in deathly radiation. Sure you can live under the ice to avoid it, the problem is the radiation dose you incur getting there. Not dying of radiation poisoning before even getting there requires lots of heavy shielding. Like other outer planet moons, it's difficult to generate power. If you must colonize the jovian system, go for callisto instead. It's also a big icy ball, but it's not in jupiter's rad belts. The Moon, sure it's close, the issue is there isn't much hydrogen or volatiles. However, hydrogen is likely to be a lot more concentrated than on Venus. Although based on the amount of water on the Moon we'll only be able to sustain a small population.
