Scientifically speaking, what IS cringe? Seems like cringe can come from anywhere, similar to comedy. This post for instance is cringe, but why? WHY IS THIS POST CRONGE?

thats like saying comedy IS its dictionary definition. read it and tell me if it made you laugh.

Cringe is in the same family as comedy (imo) and they are not mutually exclusive. take the office for example; it relies on cringe for jokes.

I think it might be possible to get a large family of cringe things by considering the scientific method.
