>>11361894You should have just fixed your diet and environment. Again, acne is caused by poor nutrition, toxic load, and shitty environment.
Likely the type of soap you use as well, stop using harsh garbage which disrupts your skin flora you NEED bacteria on your skin surface.
Period, end of story. Why do you think these organisms which are common and near omnipresent suddenly start infecting? Your liver and lympathic system is overtaxed and contains shit it shouldn't, your skin biome is fucked up from showering in fluoride and chlorine, and you're using harsh soaps on top of it.
It's not about hygeine, and it's not about using some pharmaceutical poison either. I had problems with acne when I was a teenager because my antioxidant status was compromised and my diet was eh, okay, but still too much processed. It went away when I stopped using soap and shitty shampoo, and improved my antioxidant status and removed endocrine disruptors.
Sorry for verbose and long post, but the fact that doctors don't help teenagers or even know how, is just disgusting. Accutane is not the solution and lack of accutane is not what left you scarred.
Here, I've got a soap here, I was my hair with it too, it lasts weeks and costs like 5 bucks per bar. It's made locally, but it contains:
Saponified vegetable oils (extra virgin olive, coconut, palm, castor, sunflower, jojoba, distilled water, gluten free oats, essential oils (tea tree, peppermint, lavandin, cedarwood) cinnamon, yucca root, chaparral, aloe vera, sea salt, black willow bark.
The essential oils are antibacterial etc, but they won't broadly compromise the skin either and they're antioxidants. Look for something like that, or just stop using soap.
