Is having thin arms dangerous?

Could it possibly interfere with work on the long run?
Does having a higher muscle mass make you more productive? Does it even make a noticeable difference whatsoever?
I’m merely asking because I haven’t realized that my arms are supposedly thin, since I’m twenty four and by biceps are eleven (11) inches unflexed.
I would most likely end up with 10-9.8 inches in size by my 80's. But I don't know how much of a difference would that make.

I've also stumbled on this statement:
"No, that’s not “anorexic thin”, and it’s not “kids these days”. It’s “pre 1970’s thin”, and it applied to your father, your grandfather, your great-grandfather, and every single male ancestor in your family line until they were at least 30 years old.
Prior to about 1970, practically 90% of the male population of any given country weighed under 180 and had 10-11 inch arms.
So if those attributes are sufficient to call someone an anorexic pussy, then the entire Greatest Generation, all the men who lived and fought in both world wars, as well as Vietnam, the Civil War, etc…were pretty much wankers. Because the majority of them probably had arms no larger than 12"
People today are BIGGER and MORE muscular than EVER before in history. I love listening to you idiots who try to spin this the other way.
People in the past were shorter, weaker, lighter, fatter, less muscular. These facts are easily verifiable. All you have to do is look at photographs taken during that time period. That’s why practically no record in any sport from that time period is still standing."

But I can't confirm its veridicity.
