Because they use radiators for cooling those radiators need to be kept clean for effective heat transfer. If you want "servicing" them to die convince every person and company to clean it themselves.

I was gonna rave about how there's crazy cool shit being developed for keeping shit cool, but damn I don't think we got a solution for keeping shit clean. Additive manufacturing might let us make smaller, more efficient radiators that are even harder to clean!
