you'd lose consciousness in five or six seconds from the sudden pressure loss and lack of bloodflow. you'd probably feel the impact of your head on the ground (C2,3, trigeminal go right from your head to the skin), but i doubt the sudden nerve cut-off would feel like anything

Ye, I've seen videos back when gore threads where as common as tranny threads are now, you can often clearly see the eyes still wandering before the person goes unconscious. It doesn't look like a reflex.
