I would normally be fine with anything boiled but I wouldn't put it past some extremophiles to find that and take up residence if it's being going for 45 years.

Edit: just watched the video. I'd be way more concerned by the spill over they're just letting sit there and congeal, that's funky as fuck, imagine the smell. It also seems like they stop boiling it overnight, I'm not sure how well they'd be storing it during that time so you could get some funk going on there too.

Think that's nasty? How old do you think a typical sourdough yeast culture from a traditional bakery is for instance? They've been feeding that shit sugar and water for years and years and years exposed to open air.
