If 0*0 is equivalent to 0, verbally represented as the sum of the base number(0)'s copies(nothing) with 0 as the starting number (think: 0 + nothing)
Then why are exponents like 0^0 equivalent to 1 * 0 * nothing or in even more distilled numbers:
Gen1: (0 + nothing)
Where each gen we multiply the result of the last multiplication with the next copy until we get just additions (here we have no copies so there is just one gen). Also verbally described as the product of the base number(0)'s copies(0) and a starting number 1.
According to my above equation of 0^0 should be zero yet wikipedia states its 1. How can this be?
