Does this mean Wim Hoff method will cause CMA lysosomes to be upregulated?

I've been interested in autophagy and I understand that you need both autophagosome formation along with lysosomal fusion to achieve the desired effect. This study seems to suggest that CMA is activated in presence of HIF-1a. Mice with sleep apnea were shown to have increased amounts of HIF-1a . This video claims that wim hoff method does indeed increase the levels of HIF-1a momentarily https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfyDTcuX0SE&t=30s.

So if I do the WHM and induce HIF-1a production which will be broken down by CMA, would this imply my genes causing lysozyme biogenesis will be upregulated? Are there other ways to improve lysozyme biogenesis without ingesting state-of-the-art small molecules which aren't easily available?
