Does anyone know if its true that the way in which pollsters try to apply the law of large numbers to their polling results is incorrect because the equation is about an unlimited number of tries with the same item and not a sociological assessment about a constantly shifting societal dynamic with many different vectors for change to be actuated? It seems like they're trying to compare a coin flip to throwing silly putty in the air to me.
