Elon Musk left South Africa just before the apartheid ended and cleaned his hands of the country. He doesn't have any foundations doing work there and he doesn't ever visit. It should be clear to anyone that he has a problem with South Africa beyond the mistreatment at the hands of white people you allege happened.
