so basically if he stopped dancing, what he is doing is staying pretty close to the center on a slight incline, and just rotating so that he is keeping looking down so that he can keep his footing similar to if he were standing on a similar incline facing downwards. he just keeps that posture by rotating around to compensate for the floor's rotation. it really has nothing to do with centrifugal forces since he is basically always at the center standing upright on a downward incline -- it's just that the camera is moving around him in a circle along the incline.
