Am I the only weirded out by the concept of math?

Is something seemingly isolated from the tangible word that can be applied to everything

In medicine you have to consider other meds a patient might be using, their age, sex, or whatever

In chemistry is more or less the same, is all about how X reacts with Y

Buth maths is just like a ghost, hovering at a distance from everything else

If I say 1+1 it doesn't have to be connected to anything
