Plus you're disinfecting rather than killing just the caries-causing bacteria like brushing your teeth does. At least that's the reason my dentist recommends alcohol-free mouthwash over alcohol-based. You're creating 'space' for caries and other even more harmful bacteria to thrive every time you drink (strong) liquor.

I don't have a real one handy. Is synthetic sugar not good? Idk. I chew, drink, smoke, I'm old, brush only when feeling icky. Never had a cavity. Maybe taking care of teeth fuck 'em up. I think caramel is just the name of the color.

sorry fren i wasn't scolding just trying to impart the few gems i have regarding health, although recommending sugar in a teeth thread like i have is probably questionable at best im sure you get the essence. heres one that most people overlook, the normal ration of omega 3 - omega 6 was historically 1:1 and now because of the amound of seed based oils that are used in households and all throughout almost all product on the shelves of supermarkets has increased that ratio to between 1:10 - 1:30 . its easily overlooked, like oils oils oil but the ratio imbalance fucks with your body causes inflamation etc its like running a 2 stroke too rich
