>>11345618The low mortality rate so far has been hinging on the "small" number of infected and the medical infrastructure being large enough to support it. Sustaining the number of infected at the numbers we have today has already put a strain on Chinese medical supplies, capacity at hospitals and medical staff.
What do you think would happen if this goes for longer? What if the infected keep exponentially increasing around the globe and foreign aid wont come because everyone has their own problems at home?
I think you are starting to get the idea. Its a virus designed to kill indirectly, the first immunologic system it truly aims to destroy is fucking society, its the fucking joker virus holy Kek, it saturates the hospitals, depletes any outside source of help and then it fucks you up, thousands by thousands.
China is a country with one of the largest and densest populations, an airborne virus that spreads even before showing any symptoms and can allegedly penetrate skin, it explodes out of nowhere right as the Chinese new year (the largest movement of Chinese people around the globe at the same time) comes chugging along.
Perhaps it was an attack, the timing seems about right, but all signs given by China seem to tell they are embarrassed and that would mean it was an accident. I don't believe the wet market story since we have that bio-lab so close to the site and all the news about the Chinese secret agents in Harvard and Canada, stealing samples of corona virus to take back to Wu-Han. I'm thinking that USA had that threat to China, a disease that destroys china inside out by exploiting their "strength" (huge numbers + disregard for human health) and China, in a very Chinese effort to suppress that threat, accidentally into corona-chan and fucked themselves up. If that were the case it would be almost poetic how the Corona's reliance on china's own strength/weakness was so fucking meta it ended accidentally working when it wasn't intended to.
