Qualia is not going to be part of the standard model because it is absolutely fundemental. As in, it comes before math/logic does. It underpins all math and logic. Where any expression is evaluated, qualia occurs.
Qualia is the pure relationships between things. Thats why you can have color qualia. Its a representation of the differences in wavelength, it looks the way it does because thats the most efficient representation. We dont know why exactly it is exactly the way it is, but its obvious that it is there because the relationships are consistent.
