If you know some algebra, categories, graphs, etc. and want to learn something pretty niche try "An Introduction to Quiver Representations". Or if you know a bit of measure theory, "Fractal Geometry" by Falconer. Or if you want another niche read and know your algebra try "Introduction to Tropical Geometry" or "Lectures on The Orbit Method".
