The cryocooler was a big cluster fuck, but you can say that's to be expected cause of the stringent requirements. What should really piss you off is all the delays that resulted from workmanship errors. They literally broke parts of the spacecraft, installed parts improperly, and even had bolts come loose during a test because they weren't careful about what they were doing. Delays due to engineering problems are understandable, delays due to bad workmanship are ridiculous.
