Does anyone know if the dopamine agonist cabergoline can stop anhedonia from antipsychotics (which are dopamine antagonists)? I feel so unmotivated, music doesn’t affect me emotionally, no drive to exercise and I’ve lost my inner monologue. I’ve been prescribed so many antipsychotics by shill doctors over the years that I’m sure my dopamine must be fucked.
