Nothing much they can be held accountable for, unlike a medical doctor. Their "diagnoses" are pretty much all the same, with so much overlap that one may as well be the other. Besides they cant really be wrong with something which has no certain test. which explains why people frequently get a raft of different diagnoses depending on which quack they visit. Even if they are stumped they can write off any thing as either autism or an anxiety disorder. That covers pretty much 99% of the entire population. Not that they are entirely to blame for this retardation, the public love having a label to put on what ever blues them out and the fact that they are crappy parents. Plus dont forget the snowflake factor, being autistic means everyone must treat you special.
