What if the 'laws' of physics aren't constant, but changing, much like everything else?

All I'm saying is that whatever phenomena which is gravity, weak/strong force you name it, isn't constant. What is the cause of it's change, I don't know. If it's true or not, I don't know. But it seems weird to have a constant 'law' creating such dynamic and chaotic behavior.

the thing you're not understanding is that if there were no physics, there would also be no time. Time is not a separate phenomenon.
