Take up hobbies that engage your creativity and your body: play an instrument, dancing classes, community theater, drawing and art, amateur sports clubs, the list goes on. Use your new talent for the benefit of others, for example if you learn the piano, volunteer to play short concerts at local nursing homes. Look into teaching prisoners how to code, etc etc.There are so many interesting things to do in the world, and many of these organizations are starving for members because media has turned people into literal Skinner rats. It's sad and pathetic and you should feel ashamed that you're part of it.
