Hello /sci/

I'm in need of help to re-liven my old /sci/ self.

From a young age I was interested in robots and computers.

I used to be very good at maths and I can comprehend most concepts (programming, etc) quickly; at uni I was very often "the one who got it" and would have to explain it to others in class (and help all the pajeets pass)

in some ways, I became darker as life got difficult, was into drugs and alcohol for a short stint and bullied out of uni after my 3rd year ( as in team-members literally pulled off my contributions to team robot projects even though I got 100% and gobsmacked professors in all solo-assess components, they loved me but the jocks who want attention didn't.)

Now i've found the light, recovered out of degeneracy and moved inter-state; I have a qt researcher gf with a decent job doing electronics and programming, and I'm slowly finishing off my final year of uni while working ( doing as much at home as I can, etc) but with what I feel as such an interruption and irregular study and revision, how can I bring it back?

I'm not worried about finishing my undergrad, it's plenty easy, but I want to get back on top; I feel the need to refresh and get good at maths again ( sorely lacking after a few years not doing it) - and statistics;

after my undergrad, I want get into post-grad and research for robotics; I can see a lot of it is maths based, but how should I refine my maths and keep it sharp while I'm working and not in uni all the time? should I just keep up to date on robotics journals to see where the research is going again?

nightly maths problems sound boring as fuck
