However, personally, I find that porn is the worst part of masturbation for me, psychologically speaking. As a (recovering) coomer, I tend to continually find more and more fucked shit to jack off to. Other than that, if I end up fapping once, I'll do it like another 3-7 times that day - ergo, it can be time consuming. I also find that my drive to be productive sort of deteriorates significantly if I jerk off whilst in the middle of a task or between tasks, especially if I'm studying. I sometimes also become sort of depressed and/or anxious afterwards.
Due to all of this, I've found that complete nofap is the best option for me. I still have sex, which doesn't seem to carry most of the negative aspects of beating my meat. Still, there is the the fact that it's still time consuming and the phenomenon of inevitably fucking multiple times if we fuck once still occurs. But, overall, my mental state is a lot better off with just sex.
