This would create a greater allignment of incentives and increase cooperation. Think of it like UBI on steroids.
For example, imagine you invent AGI in your spare time and post a youtube video about it, Amazon then steals that idea and makes billions, under this system, you would see a direct deposite from any gain from your ideas and vice versa for anyone else.
You notice how everyone is fighting under our current system? The described system would get us all on the same team. Would completely change the attitude of our culture and we would be less depressed and have less racism and anxiety as well.
