i've experienced horrendous side effects from using nasally dosed glucocorticoids for nasal congestion, such as severe anxiety, terrible mood swing, all augmented and stoked to the max by insomnia also caused by my usage of the drugs.

since intranasal insulin has effects on the brain, it leads me to think that intranasal corticoids might also do so
