Put simply: Proven falsifiability requires the hypothesis be false, else said falsifiability is only an assumption. Science requires falsifiability. Therefore, a true hypothesis would have to be unscientific. Any hypothesis, true or false, can't be unscientific by definition of hypothesis. Therefore, a falsifiable yet true hypothesis can't exist.
To negate this, your examples can't be of a false or unfalsifiable hypothesis.
